Happy and blessed Mother’s Day to all the moms, grandmothers, and spiritual mothers. Today, we celebrate YOU—the women who pour out love, who shape lives, who hold families together with grace and strength. You may not always get the recognition you deserve, but remember, heaven sees every sacrifice, every prayer, every tear, every act of love. And God is smiling down on you today.

The Bible says in Proverbs 31:28, “Her children rise up and call her blessed.” It doesn’t say they call her talented, or beautiful, or successful, although she may be all those things. It says blessed. Why? Because a mother’s love leaves a blessing. It’s a love that leaves a mark, not just on her children, but on everyone around her. When you love like that, when you give like that, heaven calls you blessed.

I think back to my own childhood, and one of my clearest memories is learning the Lord’s Prayer from my mom. We would join our hands together, and I’d repeat those sacred words after her. That’s where the foundation of my faith was laid, not just in the words we spoke, but in the way she lived them out, day after day. And I am who I am because of those seeds of faith my mom planted in me, and because of her countless prayers that have watered them ever since.

Mothers, you may think what you’re doing is ordinary. You may feel like the little prayers at bedtime, the car rides to church, the words of encouragement, they’re just part of your daily routine. But those are eternal investments. You are building a foundation that nothing in this world can shake.

To every mother, grandmother, and spiritual mother: Thank you! Thank you for every sleepless night, whispered prayer, every moment you showed up and stayed strong. Thank you for guiding our steps from those first wobbly moments to the leaps of faith we take today. You have been our first and most faithful teachers of hope and belief, showing us what it means to trust God, to love people, and to keep going no matter what comes our way.

We celebrate you, we honor you, and we thank God for the incredible blessing you are.

Happy Mother’s Day!
