Do Not Judge

Do not judge, dog, iLooys

Judging others seems to have become a necessary activity in our society, enabling us to form opinions on people and their actions, and which seems to provide some sense of enjoyment and even of superiority. Whereas, setting yourself up as judge leads to conflict and broken relationships. Humbly submitting to God and His Word and obediently seeking to love and build up others leads to harmony and restored relationships.

Whenever you are tempted to run down someone, remember the words of our Lord, “Do not judge, so that you may not be judged. For with the judgment you make you will be judged, and the measure you give will be the measure you get.” Matthew 7:1-2
