When a storm is unleashed in the sea, at least in the past, sailors used to dump oil in the sea to calm the waves. When anxious and fearful thoughts come flooding in, pour on them your faith and trust in God with a bold prayer. As psalmist urges: “Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you; he will never permit the righteous to be moved.” Psalm 55:22
