The Lord holds us by the hand

Amidst life's ups and downs, tribulations, and trials, we often yearn for the carefree days of our childhood when our parents took care of us and shielded us. In this turbulent and uncertain world, God's fatherly promise repeatedly resonates in our hearts. Like a loving parent to a crying child, God rushes to us, holds our hand, and comforts us with His precious words: "For I, the Lord your God, hold your right hand; it is I who say to you, 'Do not fear, I will help you.'" (Isaiah 41:13).

Just as parents tightly grip their children's hands to protect them from danger when crossing the street or in crowded places to prevent them from getting lost, our heavenly Father does the same for us: “Our steps are made firm by the Lord when he delights in our way; though we stumble, we shall not fall headlong, for the Lord holds us by the hand. (Psalm 37:23-24).

Even when He seems distant, let the echo of His promise remind us that we are never alone or forgotten. God assures us: "I will not leave you nor forsake you." Therefore, let us boldly declare: "The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can anyone do to me?" (Hebrews 13:5-6).
