Fear Not!

The phrase "Fear not" is said to appear in the Bible 365 times—a reminder for each day of the year. God's intention is clear: He wants us to live each day in peace, free from fear and anxiety. Hence, the reassuring words: "Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand" (Isaiah 41:10).

These are not merely words of encouragement but a promise of God's constant and loving presence in our lives. The blueprint for overcoming fear and anxiety is laid out in these divine promises:

- I am your God

- I am with you

- I will strengthen you

- I will help you

- I will uphold you

Let us place our faith and trust in the Lord, "casting all our anxieties on Him, because He cares for us" (1 Peter 5:7).
